1. NO RETURNS, REFUNDS, OR EXCHANGES
All sales are final. We do not accept returns, offer refunds, or process exchanges for any reason, including:
- Change of mind or incorrect size/color selection
- Minor product variations (color, texture, or fit)
- Delayed, lost, or stolen shipments (see Section 3)
2. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If your item arrives damaged or defective:
- Email info@jwillview.com within 48 hours of delivery.

• Order number
• Photos of the defect AND packaging - We will replace the item (if available) or issue store credit.
3. SHIPPING ERRORS
Contact us within 7 days of delivery if you receive:
- The wrong item → We’ll ship the correct product.
- Missing items → We’ll investigate and resolve promptly.
4. NON-COVERED SITUATIONS
We cannot accommodate:
- Orders marked "delivered" by the carrier (contact USPS/UPS/FedEx).
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered.
- Final sale items (e.g., clearance, custom prints).
